2011-2012 School year

This year I really tried to set our focus and not try to squeeze in too much. So here is our plan:

Daily reading

Kevin Swanson's Proverbs study-with mom (continuing)

IEW/Michael Clay Thompson's


 
Art/Music:
Artistic Pursuits-Grade 4-6 Book 1 (I am actually excited about trying this. We have tried to do art for a couple of years but well, it always falls to the way side. ( I am not artsy, science and math are my preferred subjects -art not so much)



Math:
Math-u-see - Zeta (Finish)


Science:
God's Design for Science -Earth/Weather/Space

  1. I'm just stopping by from the Blog Hop. I want to check out the Beautiful Girlhood for my daughter, that looks really great. We also use Math U See but are only in Alpha, so it's nice to find people using it in the more advance levels. It sounds like a great start to me, I hope you have a great year!
